This site is static. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking cookie and no profile of visitors. Personal data is only processed when you write to me or ask for an appointment, and to deliver and protect the site.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with European entities). To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure and reliable site (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers.

When you write to me or ask for an appointment, I process the data you enter: name, e-mail address, type of project, message and, for an appointment, the requested date and time. I use them only to answer you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering requests (lit. f).

The message is sent by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to my mailbox, and a confirmation can be sent to the address you entered, in your language. Your data stays in my mailbox as long as needed to deal with your request, then is deleted unless a legal duty requires otherwise.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To check that you are a human, your browser sends technical data (such as your IP address) to Cloudflare. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The number of messages is limited to five per hour and per IP address. The address is never stored in clear: only a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256) is kept, and it is erased automatically after one hour.

The date and time of a requested slot are stored on Cloudflare (KV) so that a taken slot is greyed out for other visitors. This record contains no name and no e-mail address, and is erased automatically after 120 days.

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without following you from one site to another.

The site uses no cookies. Your browser keeps two small values only for the site to work: the language you chose (local storage) and whether the opening animation was already played in this visit (session storage). They never leave your device.

The fonts are served from this site: no request goes to Google. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn or the sites of my projects lead to services with their own privacy policies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and to withdraw a consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
